急倾斜厚煤层掩护支架采煤法机械化问题的探讨

掩护支架采煤法是开采急倾斜厚煤层的有效方法之一,但回采工艺大多使用炮采。为进一步扩大急倾斜厚煤层掩护支架采煤法的适用范固,大幅度地提高技术经济效果,必须实现掩护支架下的采煤机械化。本文在总结分析国内外有关经验、资料的基础上,对掩护支架结构型式的改进和采煤机械化问题进行了初步的探讨,提出了设想方案。     

Recombination and linkage disequilibrium in Arabidopsis thaliana

Linkage disequilibrium (LD) is a major aspect of the organization of genetic variation in natural populations. Here we describe the genome-wide pattern of LD in a sample of 19 Arabidopsis thaliana accessions using 341,602 non-singleton SNPs. LD decays within 10 kb on average, considerably faster than previously estimated. Tag SNP selection algorithms and 'hide-the-SNP' simulations suggest that genome-wide association mapping will require only 40%-50% of the observed SNPs, a reduction similar to estimates in a sample of African Americans. An Affymetrix genotyping array containing 250,000 SNPs has been designed based on these results; we demonstrate that it should have more than adequate coverage for genome-wide association mapping. The extent of LD is highly variable, and we find clear evidence of recombination hotspots, which seem to occur preferentially in intergenic regions. LD also reflects the action of selection, and it is more extensive between nonsynonymous polymorphisms than between synonymous polymorphisms.

Comparison of Drought-Resistance about Three Wild Rocky-Grasses

In this experiment, using the methods of drought-stress in the pot and PEG simulative drought-stress, three native rocky-slope grasses Pogonatherum panideum（Lam.） Hack, Erioophorum comosum nees and Cynodon dactylon cultivated in the pots were selected as materials to study their drought-resistance by analyzing the indexes such as the leaf area index, the drying roots accumulation, the holding water ability of leaf, the relative conductance of leaf, the soluble protein, chlorophyll. At the same time, by comparing with membership function value of each index, the order of each grass drought-resistance was decided. The results showed that the drought-resistance of Erioophorum comosum nees was stronger than Cynodon dactylon and drought-resistance of Cynodon dactylon was stronger than Pogonatherum panideum （Lam.） Hack. The purpose of the experimental results was to find theoretical foundations for selecting and cultivating native protecting-slope vegetations to adapt to rocky slopes.

层次分析法的两处缺陷改进及实例

层次分析方法在定性与定量的评判中,有较广泛地运用。在运用的过程中,发现其存在两处缺陷有待改进。其一为准则层的因素设置过于宽泛,通过其直接评判的权重存在较大的主观误差;其二为专家评判值为一定值,与实际为区间值不相符。基于此,文章提出通过第三层因素判断矩阵,来间接求取准则层各因素的权重;引入三时估算法,改进原有专家评判法,同时对三时估算值误差对权值误差以及最终评判值误差的影响作了一定程度分析。     

Design and passive analysis of a novel softness display device

Simulating the softness property of object is quite a challenge in virtual reality system. A novel softness display system was developed based on the principle of deformable length of elastic element control （DLEEC）. In the system, the equivalent stiffness of the device is adjustable, and is inversely proportional to the third power of the deformable length of elastic beam. PD position control is employed to guarantee the accurate softness display. The softness of the virtual objects in large scale can be felt with the softness display device. Compared with other haptic devices, the device is passive and exert the react force only when the operator ＂actively touch＂ the virtual objects. The stability of the softness display system was analyzed. It was theoretical proved that the system satisfied the criteria of wide impedance range ＂Z-width＂, and the performance was superior to an active system. The experimental results were presented.     

合金铸铁激光处理的探讨——Ⅱ.激光辐照工艺参数的控制

用热传导方程控制激光辐照温度,建立了一种新回归方程以控制激光辐照硬化深度,选用卡尔丹公式列热传导方程及同归方程联立求解,可得到同时满足一定的硬化深度及表面最高温度双重要求的工艺参数,此种方法可作为激光硬化处理工艺参数的控制或预报,对本合金铸铁的激光硬化处理,其表面温度的下限应大于其熔点温度,即以表面产生微熔的快速冷凝处理为宜,并以选取低功率慢扫描为最佳。
